Terms and Conditions – 777xp Online Gaming Platform

Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only on the 777xp platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identity information, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. 777xp may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 777xp immediately via our support channels.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• Account transfers between players are not permitted. Your 777xp account is non-transferable.

777xp reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

All financial transactions on the 777xp platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777xp does not process transactions in any other currency. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your 777xp account instantly. Delays may occasionally occur due to issues with the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• 777xp does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• 777xp reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account for responsible gaming or security reasons.

Withdrawals from your 777xp account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your 777xp account.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 777xp may require identity verification including a copy of a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within two hours of approval. IBFT transfers are generally completed within one business day.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round will be considered void and the wager will be returned to the player.
• In poker, all results are final once a hand is completed. No refunds or adjustments will be made based on a player's assessment of their own error in betting.

777xp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, use of bots, or other prohibited conduct.
• At the player's own request as part of a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 777xp reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where the closure is administrative (such as for inactivity) rather than disciplinary, any verifiable legitimate balance will be returned after identity verification.
